As you prepare to graduate, please make sure to complete all your academic and financial obligations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the proper paperwork is submitted on time. Contact the Registrar’s Office for additional information or questions regarding your academic record. Only those students who have completed the requirements for their degree or diploma are eligible to participate in the commencement ceremony.
By the first week in May the registrar's office will mail to all graduating students a Graduation Attendance Form to indicate their intent to participate in their commencement ceremony.

The opportunity to purchase personalized announcements from Herff Jones through their online web site at www1.herffjones.com/college/graduation/ is now available. You may also purchase individual generic announcements from the campus store after May 1, for a cost of $1.95 each plus tax. Herff Jones will also be mailing additional information regarding class rings and diploma frames along with their order forms to the graduating student's home.
Diploma frames custom-made to fit your NCSA diploma are available for special-order purchase in the campus store or through Herff Jones. The campus store also features school spirit merchandise, apparel, books and many other gift items.
Instructions on how to get to the events we have planned for you vary by event.
- Commencement ceremony on May 31
Everyone who is planning to attend graduation must have a ticket. High school graduates have been allocated a maximum of eight (8) tickets and college graduates a maximum of six (6) tickets for guests to attend the morning or afternoon commencement ceremony. In order to accommodate as many guests as possible at each ceremony, commencement seats will be assigned in advance.
Please use the reservation ticket request form, that that will be provided to you February 29, to order the tickets you anticipate needing. There will be designated boxes at the Commons’ Mailroom or Watson Hall Box Office where you may drop off the completed form.

Screenings at 3:00, 6:00 and 9:00 p.m. are shown at the Main Theater, Exhibition Building, School of Filmmaking, on the NCSA campus.
Screening at 8:00 p.m. is shown at the Babcock Theater, Exhibition Building, School of Filmmaking, on the NCSA campus.

A letter from Chancellor Mauceri will be mailed to parents inviting them to attend the events of Commencement Weekend. It informs parents that it is the graduating student's responsibility to obtain tickets for the Commencement ceremony, announcements, etc. |
