This project is an extensive renovation/modernization to the Roger Stevens Center located in the downtown area of Winston-Salem. North Carolina School of the Arts acquired this 10-floor facility in 1985. At the time of acquisition, only floors 1 – 5 were renovated, the remaining floors 6 - 10 have not been used. This 2000 Higher Education Bond funded project will provide for a more feasible facility usage.
