"The Hostage"
The School of Drama at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts trains talented young men and women to be exciting, versatile and accomplished professionals. Missi Pyle (class of 1995)
is making her Broadway debut in “Boeing-Boeing,” the 2008 Tony Award-winning Best Play Revival, on Sept. 9 at the
Longacre Theatre. She is joining Christine Baranski, Gina Gershon and Kathryn Hahn in Marc Camoletti’s classic ‘60s
comedy of errors, directed by Matthew Warchus.
Mary-Louise Parker (class of 1986) returns to Broadway in January 2009 to play the title role in Henrik Ibsen's "Hedda Gabler" at the
Roundabout Theatre.
Quincy Dunn-Baker is seen in The New York Times Aug. 17 edition in a photo from The Signature Theatre’s production of
“The First Breeze of Summer” with Leslie Uggams.
Neal Bledsoe (class of 2005) appears as Mitchell in Douglas Carter Beane's "The Little Dog Laughed" at Seattle's Intiman Theatre, Aug. 15 through Sept. 13.
