Considered one of Charlie Chaplin’s best films, The Kid tells the story of a young boy (Jackie Coogan in his film debut) abandoned by his mother and cared for by The Tramp (Chaplin). One of the most heart-wrenching scenes ever included in a comedy follows when the mother has a change of heart and circumstances, finds her son and takes him from The Tramp. The Kid is good for many laughs and perhaps a tear.

One of the most elegant and perfect romantic comedies ever made, The Cameraman tells the story of a tintype photographer (Buster Keaton) who falls in love with a pretty girl (Marceline Day) and decides he can win her over by becoming a newsreel cameraman. The film contains two scenes famous in film history: Keaton's famous, beautifully improvised one-man baseball game filmed at Yankee Stadium and the classic scene with Keaton and another man crammed into a changing booth, both trying to climb into swim suits. The Cameraman gives Keaton one of his best roles and he fills it with one of his most touching performances.
