The North Carolina School of the Arts will observe World AIDS Day on Thursday, Dec. 1, with a candlelight vigil at 11 p.m. at Daniels Plaza (by the Hanes Student Commons) on the campus at 1533 S. Main St., Winston-Salem. Guest speakers will include Anne White, vice chancellor for student life at NCSA, and Scott Rhodes of the AIDS Care Services board. Drama students will also perform.
