This department is responsible for purchasing, contracts, fixed assets, vending, insurance for all School assets, state surplus property, federal surplus property, petty cash inventories and maintenance contracts. Purchasing personnel assist NCSA departments with the processing of requisitions and purchase orders, acquisition and processing of Small Purchase Orders, usage of vendor credit cards and distribution of stock room supplies.
