Join us on the Outer Banks this summer!
Tuesday, June 24 – Saturday, August 2, 2008
Roanoke Island Festival Park, Manteo, NC

FREE admission!  All shows appropriate for all ages.

NCSA invites you to an Outer Banks exclusive, six weeks of sensational shows by North Carolina’s premiere arts conservatory on historic Roanoke Island across the bridge from charming downtown Manteo. Picnics under the stars, afternoons of classical music and weekly music concerts from the deck of the Elizabeth II await you!  View our calendar for complete details.

Directions:

Roanoke Island Festival Park is just across the bridge from downtown Manteo.

From any direction, take U.S. 64 to Roanoke Island and Manteo. Once in Manteo, take Budleigh Street toward the Waterfront.  At the end of Budleigh, turn left onto Queen Elizabeth Avenue and travel one block.  Turn right and cross a short bridge to Roanoke Island Festival Park.

From Nags Head, travel south on Highway 158. Turn right onto U.S. 64 toward Manteo and follow the directions above.

For specific directions from other areas of the country, go to the Outer Banks Visitors Bureau website

Thank You Notes!

Our festival would not be possible without the support of our partners on the Outer Banks.  With pleasure we return to Roanoke Island Festival Park for our ninth season and would like to thank those organizations who help us year after year.  A special thanks goes to Scott Stroh, his staff at Roanoke Island Festival Park, and the Roanoke Island Commission.

Let Us Introduce You

Parents on the Outer Banks have a special opportunity to engage with their children while watching a performance by students from NCSA. Although high school and college may be a few years away, it is not too early to encourage an interest in the arts. If you have a child particularly interested in the arts, please note the state of North Carolina now pays the full cost of attendance (tuition, fees, room and board) for all NC students who are accepted into the high school program at NCSA. Please visit NCSA online to learn more about the educational and professional training opportunities.
