We invite your organization to join NCSA this summer at Roanoke Island Festival Park in Manteo for a special performance night during our Summer 2008 season:

 June 24 – August 2 at 8 pm

During one night of our FREE performance festival, we can offer your organization:

• A hospitality tent with tables for your use before the show
• Distribution of brochures or fliers to inform the public of your services
• A welcome from our stage by a director or performer
• Recognition to selected members for awards or services
• Participation by performers or directors of our festival in announcements of awards to members of your staff

Our performances are free.  Your only costs would be for food or drinks should you choose to provide refreshments for your group.

We are excited about returning to Manteo this summer for our ninth season and would love to welcome your organization as a group during one night of our festival.  Please let me know how I might help you choose a night suitable for you.  I look forward to talking to you soon.
